Hi Audrey! I have been using different ways to apply shower gel, I’ve used everything from a wash cloth, a loofah, an EVA pouf and even a silicon scrubber. What do you think is the best?

Like you mentioned there are a bunch of different ways to apply shower gel, my personal favorite, is a shower loofah! Using a loofah has a bunch of benefits. It helps exfoliates your skin. It is important to remove the dead skin cells from the top layer of your skin, and a loofah helps you do that! It leaves your skin feeling smooth and rejuvenated.

A loofah also builds lather, so it helps clean your skin better than alternative cleaning methods. Using a loofah is simple! Simply load it with shower gel and scrub your skin in circular motions. Repeat as necessary. Of course, it’s important to remember to swap out your loofah often to avoid bacteria buildup.
