Hi Audrey! With the changing seasons I have noticed a change in my skin! My skin has become super itchy and dry. Do you have any suggestions on how I can fight the effects that climate change has on my skin?

You are not alone! I always notice as the weather gets cooler, my skin becomes dryer, itchier and super dehydrated! I always have to alter my skin care routine with the seasons. My first recommendation is to make sure you are exfoliating you skin. I always incorporate a body scrub into my routine. I use the body scrub every three days (and increase the frequency as needed). I use it with a loofah and rub the formula into my skin in small, circular motions. This helps remove all of the dead skin cells and regenerate new skin growth. After my skin is feeling and looking better, I always use a body lotion and body butter to lock in moisture. Body butter is great to use on extra dry skin (specifically knees and elbows).
