Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 1-2 business days.

  • HOW CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
  1. Before order has been placed:When you are on the checkout page and want to change your delivery address to the one previously saved, simply click the "Edit Address" button.
  2. Afterorder has been placed: Once an order has been placed, providing it has not been picked ready for dispatch you can contact us to see if we can change the address for you.

If your order has already been placed you've got to be quick though, as our warehouse gets packing pretty quick to make sure your order arrives with you as fast as possible. It's best in this situation to email us at support@spaluxetique.com. We can't guarantee that we can change the delivery address (but we'll do our best!) so please take extra care when selecting your delivery address.

Local orders take 2-4 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 1-2 business days. International orders take 7-15 business days to be delivered via Carrier DHL, Carrier Fedex, Carrier USPS or Carrier UPS and we ship within same 1-2 business days.

Orders over $58 will have free shipping. Orders under $58 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

 

  • TRACKING IS REPORTING MY ORDER AS DELIVERED BUT IT'S NOT HERE?
If your order was not delivered or the package is missing after the carrier marked it as delivered, there are a few reasons why this may be the case. 
 
Order Number as Tracking Number 
The order number may have been entered manually as a tracking number or the app may have incorrectly pulled in the order number instead of the tracking number. Please check to make sure your tracking number in the app is the correct tracking number provided by the merchant.  
 
Delivery Delay or Carrier Error
Some packages can show up late or be temporarily held up in local transit. Shipping carriers can even mark an item as delivered a little early, and it may not arrive until several days later. Sometimes, a package may be delivered to a neighboring address by mistake. In this case, it's wise to check with your neighbors to locate the package.  
 
Stolen Package
In the unfortunate case that your package was stolen, please shipping company for next steps.

Returns & Refund

  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We believe strongly in our products and their quality, but if for any reason you are not satisfied you can return merchandise by email. You can email us at support@spaluxetique.com. More details you can see our returns policy.

We currently only process the return of products purchased in the spaluxetique.com online store. Products purchased from other channels such as Amazon, Ebay, Walmart or other offline stores need to follow the return policy of the relevant sales channel.

Online purchases may also be returned by mail for a refund.  Please contact our customer service via support@spaluxetique.com and include the following information with your email: whether you want a return or a replacement, the reason for the return, and your order number.    

Timing: we have a 7-days Return  Policy, since the day item was received.To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase. 

For returns, please email support@spaluxetique.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. 

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund. 

If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after. Please reach out to our support team for and questions or concerns.

All of our products have printed date on the back of package that gives you both the date it was made as well as the date by which we recommend you use it.

The information you provide will be removed from our customer list immediately and take full effect in 60-90 days, as these are pre-printed.   • WOODEN WICK CANDLE USAGE TIPS.
Here are our top 3 tips to get the best results from your wood wick candles:

1) The first burn is the most important - how to do it right

Give your candle enough burning time to develop a melted wax pool that goes all the way to the edge of the container on the first use - this can take up to a few hours, depending on candle size.
 

 2) Keep your wood wick trimmed short and free of charred bits

For optimal burn, keep your wood wick trimmed to about ⅛”, and clean off any burnt wood from previous use. Our recommended burn time is 4 hours max. If it is more than 4 hours, it can cause the candle to overheat and possibly shatter.

3) How to fix a candle that’s tunneling:

If your wood wick candle has developed some tunneling from shorter burns, you can usually fix it - here’s how:
 
First and best option: if your candle will stay lit, give it a good long burn until all the wax is melted to the edge of the jar, and you’ve effectively “reset” the memory of the wax.
 
If your candle won’t stay lit because it is “drowning” in a wax pool, try using a paper towel or napkin to soak up some of the excess wax.

For your safety, our candles are designed to leave up to 1/2 inch of wax, so the glass never gets too hot. When your candle reaches this point, it is time to shop for more!
