ORDERING
- ORDER PLACEMENT
Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 1-2 business days.

- HOW CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
- Before order has been placed:When you are on the checkout page and want to change your delivery address to the one previously saved, simply click the "Edit Address" button.
- Afterorder has been placed: Once an order has been placed, providing it has not been picked ready for dispatch you can contact us to see if we can change the address for you.
If your order has already been placed you've got to be quick though, as our warehouse gets packing pretty quick to make sure your order arrives with you as fast as possible. It's best in this situation to email us at support@spaluxetique.com. We can't guarantee that we can change the delivery address (but we'll do our best!) so please take extra care when selecting your delivery address.

Returns & Refund
- WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We believe strongly in our products and their quality, but if for any reason you are not satisfied you can return merchandise by email. You can email us at support@spaluxetique.com. More details you can see our returns policy.
We currently only process the return of products purchased in the spaluxetique.com online store. Products purchased from other channels such as Amazon, Ebay, Walmart or other offline stores need to follow the return policy of the relevant sales channel.
Online purchases may also be returned by mail for a refund. Please contact our customer service via support@spaluxetique.com and include the following information with your email: whether you want a return or a replacement, the reason for the return, and your order number.
Timing: we have a 7-days Return Policy, since the day item was received.To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
For returns, please email support@spaluxetique.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after. Please reach out to our support team for and questions or concerns.

- ARE SPA Luxetique PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?
None of our products are tested on Animals.
- DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN PARABEN / PHTHALATES?
None of our products contain any paraben/phthalates. For more information on the ingredients for individual products, see the ingredients tab on the product package.
- HOW CAN I TELL WHEN A PRODUCT IS EXPIRED?
All of our products have printed date on the back of package that gives you both the date it was made as well as the date by which we recommend you use it.

- HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM MARKETING EMAILS?
We're sorry to see you go! To unsubscribe from our mailing list, simply email our support team at support@spaluxetique.com . You must provide all relevant information for the request to be processed correctly.
The information you provide will be removed from our customer list immediately and take full effect in 60-90 days, as these are pre-printed. In the meantime, please do not use any coupons you may receive in the mail, as doing so will prevent these changes from taking effect. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by these mailings.

- WOODEN WICK CANDLE USAGE TIPS.
1) The first burn is the most important - how to do it right
2) Keep your wood wick trimmed short and free of charred bits
For optimal burn, keep your wood wick trimmed to about ⅛”, and clean off any burnt wood from previous use. Our recommended burn time is 4 hours max. If it is more than 4 hours, it can cause the candle to overheat and possibly shatter.
3) How to fix a candle that’s tunneling:
- WHY IS THERE WAX LEFT IN THE BOTTOM OF CANDLE ?
For your safety, our candles are designed to leave up to 1/2 inch of wax, so the glass never gets too hot. When your candle reaches this point, it is time to shop for more!
