- Shipping fees vary based on the weight of the order.
- Free standard shipping is available for all continental U.S. orders over $59. Maximum order value for free shipping is $300.
- In stock items will be shipped out within one business day. Please note, business days are Monday-Friday excluding United Stated federal holidays.
- Delivery to PO Boxes may take 3-7 business days and to APO/FPO addresses may take up to 30 business days. Orders are not processed on federal holidays.
- Not all services are available for all destinations. Available service options will be displayed at checkout.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING GUIDELINES
Please keep in mind that all delivery dates are estimated and based on order processing time and transit time. Due to carrier issues related to Covid-19, shipping delays may occur. We cannot expedite orders once they are with the carrier, and we are not responsible for carrier delays.
Orders placed on Friday will be processed on the following business day. Please note that FedEx and UPS do not delivery on weekends, and USPS does deliver on Saturday.
At SPA Luxetique, we will determine the most efficient method of delivery based on your shipping address and will ship your order through either UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
Shipping and handling fees will be charged at the time of shipment. If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item, shipping and handling fees will be assessed for the entire order at the time of the initial shipment. You will be charged for each item once it has shipped and not before.
Please note that certain beauty products are not eligible to be shipped to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or US Territories. If an error occurs during checkout, you will be made aware of this.
Please note, Spa Luxetique is not responsible for any order once it has been confirmed delivered from the carrier service. We are not responsible for lost or missing items once the order has been marked delivered. If the wrong address was initially provided, this is the responsibility of the customer. If an item arrives damaged, please refuse delivery from the carrier at the time of arrival.
