Also, we’re excited to share that, as part of our commitment to reducing environmental impact, we have eliminated paper invoices for online orders. Your Shipping Confirmation & E-Receipt emails are considered your receipt now.
RETURNS
- Customers can apply for a refund within 30 days of receiving the goods, but they must ensure that the product is not used, and when we receive the product, it will be refunded within 3-5 working days, but the shipping cost of the purchased product will not be refunded and will not be borne Return shipping fee.
EXCHANGE
- We are not able to offer exchanges online. If you would like to exchange an item, you’ll need to complete a return and place a new order. Spa Luxetique does not cover return shipping costs.

- Items must not be used, and in its original packaging.
- All original tags must be attached.
- International return shipping costs are not covered by Spa Luxetique
Gift Cards
Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto an eGift Card. Nice and simple.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact support@spaluxetique.com within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged.We strive to deliver perfect products and exceed customer satisfaction. If for any reason, the goods did not reach your expectation, please let us know within the allotted time frame and we can assist you from there. Thank you for your understanding.
